Telephone Consultations

The Practice operates the AskmyGP service . Faster,easier access to the GP Surgery. 

Patients are asked to contact the practice between 8 am and 12.00 pm, to request a telephone consultation. (Telephone 01639 871071/01639 850543)  Our telephone lines are open from 8 am in the morning and we ask that you do this as early as possible.

You will be asked by our Practice Administrators for a very brief description of your symptoms and a contact number on which the clinician can call you back.  The discussion with the Administrator  can also help establish your preferences and choices available to you for example a named clinician or call back times.
