Zero Tolerance Policy.

THE PRACTICE OPERATES A ZERO TOLERANCE  POLICY  INCLUDING PHYSICAL OR VERBAL THREATS TO  STAFF.

We will discuss the problem with any patient we consider falls into this category and try to work our way around the problem.

However, if a patient does not cooperate then we will ask Swansea Bay University Health Board to remove the patient from our list. For serious abuse, the police will be called to remove the culprit from the premises. 

We cannot tolerate any behaviour that threatens or abuses the doctors or staff or other patients who visit the surgery site. 

SOCIAL MEDIA Note that the zero tolerance abuse policy also covers abuse or threats carried out through social media such as Twitter or Facebook.
